SANTA CLAUS´ HOME AT THE JÄTKÄNKÄMPPÄ LUMBERJACKS' LODGE AT RAUHALAHTI

Open: on Christmas Eve, Dec 24, at 10am - 4pm; and Dec 29 2009 - Jan 9 2010, 10am - 5pm.
Admission: €7 per person, €22 per family (2 + 2), €6 per extra child. Situated 5 km from the city centre.

Santa Claus' Home offers a warm Christmas atmosphere. You can meet Santa Claus on Christmas Eve 24 December, and 30 December to 9 January at his home in Rauhalahti. A genuine lumberjack lodge from the 1950's is his residence, where he and his elves have arranged all kinds of activities for their visitors: games, crafts, singing and playing. Inside the lodge there is also a Christmas shop, bar and café services, small snacks, soup and flame-grilled salmon. Outside there is a bar by a bonfire, Christmas performances, riding for children and horse-sleigh rides.
